Today I decided to try the same day delivery service. There was some sort of problem with the 3rd party delivery service and they didn't pick up my order by the end of the day. So the store manager, Rob, went above and beyond and personally delivered my order to my house after he closed the store, even though I live in the opposite direction. THANK YOU!!! Mistakes happen in all types of businesses. Customers remember how the mistake is handled. Rob set an amazing example of customer service excellence!

You must wear a mask & social distance just like all other places. If you need a mask or hand sanitizer it's at the front door like most businesses
