I own a 2019 Maserati Ghibli. Unfortunately, luck has not been in my favor since owning this car and it has been twice by other parties while parked. Both times I rented with Enterprise in Saint Albans and the service has been exceptional. I have worked with the manager, Nat, on both occasions. He is friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused. On the most recent occasion I had conveyed that my rental vehicle will need to be upgraded to a premium. Seth worked diligently to find a vehicle comparable to the Maserati as quickly as possible and called as soon as a proper vehicle came in. On the vehicle, there were two small chips in the windshield that were not seen on the walkthrough (easier to see when light is reflected) but were caused by a previous driver. Seth and Annie worked with me to get those added to the contract. In addition to Nat, Seth and Annie have also been sociable, understanding of the circumstances, and worked efficiently in a solution-focused manner. As stressful as it is to be involved in a collision, you can be confident that you are working with a team here in Saint Albans that will provide peace of mind and good, quality service. I've rented cars from this particular Enterprise on a number of occasions and have always had a positive experience. I usually reserve a full size. However, when I arrive this time, they want to give me a free upgrade to an SUV. However, the insurance was more than I could afford, what with the rental price alone almost tripling in one year. So I decide to stick with my full size. They put me in a Hyundai Elantra. I noticed that it was kinda tight compared to the usual Chevy Malibu they usually give me. I really had no choice cause it was the day after Thanksgiving and I had to take my girls back to Georgia. After I returned and did some research, I learned that the Elantra is actually a standard size. I was charged for a full size but only got a standard. I will NEVER rent from this Enterprise ever again...especially when there are ones closer to my home!!! Just say NO to Enterprise in St. Albans, WV!!!

The rental process was simple and took only a few minutes. We received an upgrade on the vehicle we rented. The staff was friendly, polite and informative. I will continue to rent my vehicles from Enterprise.
