Terrible service if I eat here and will not again after ordering then they tell to pull forward then they wait till the 3 orders behind me are ready before they bring my food and it's cold rogersville store is terrible tired of eating cold food from there and paying for it

Don't bother using Mobile ordering. Even when you show up 30 minutes after you place the order you still have to wait in line to get your food assuming they've even made it - 10-20 more minutes. Empty parking lot empty drive thru. Ridiculous.
