To start off the young guy taking our order from the drive thru was rude, the wait was terrible and the manager acted lost. We were given the wrong drinks and half our food, then told to pull over and wait. After waiting over thirty minutes we got the other half of our food. The first food we received was cold by then, I ask for the manager to come speak to me. When she came out I ask what the deal was. She said that it took 52 people to run that store and she was doing it with 20. They had at least 6 people that we saw. When I ask about the guys attitude she said he was a young punk... very professional! We will never spend another red cent there. Only giving 1 star because zero is not a option.

Just stopped to eat. The good was horrible. Walmart chicken had more flavor. Nothing but grease flavor chicken wald greasy all the way into the meat. And zero flavor! The biscuit was hard and dry too. The absolute worst KFC I have been to

I don't kn what's going on with most of the food places around here seems like noone cares what they are putting out for people there either out of it or has been made for hrs dinning rooms closed staying open till 9 or 10 but closing at 7 and 8 if the schedule has changed then let the public kn tell me how you run two business's in same building but one of them are closed and like it or not its your name that goes out with the food not the company's I wouldn't want my name on most of the food I have order so needless to say I don't order from most of the places around here and I'm sure that a lot of others don't either wish it go back like we have pride with what we serve the people we live around

We had a 7 person order. They lost our ticket we waited 20 minutes before having to go ask on our order and they were sitting around talking and forgot our order. They also closed the Taco Bell side and some of our order was cancelled. 35 minutes in total to get half our food! Food was disappointing and my churchmen breast had most of the skin peeled, And the person who took our order was swearing and threatening to quit her job even though she was responsible. Fire everyone here and get proper employees. What the hell....this is beyond unacceptable this was such a bad experience I may have to talk to corporate about this.
