I had a great experience there the other day I dropped my phone off for repair and everything thing was smooth and easy, I would definitely recommend this shop over others!

i had a very bad experience at this store. I went there for a phone upgrade and i was harrased not just by the employee (Jose) but also by retail manager( Jillian Ford). They had me run around customer service on phone. I arranged a conference between store employee and phone support and he still messed up. He also asked me to pay by cash to get things done quickly (without giving an invoice at that time). When i tried to escalate and speak to the manager (Jillian Ford). She didn’t cooperate at all. She withheld my phone without my permission and also rudely refused to give me back. I was almost about to call the police for confiscating my phone. Later she handed my phone by putting a invalid sim, (not working). Its been more than a week the phone is still not working. I am upset about this experience and i wish to file a written complaint about this.

My experience was fantastic!!! When we entered the store, we were immediately greeted by someone that had a smile, pleasant, and professional demeanor. She inquired about our needs and proceeded to help. I was accompanied by my father and daughter. My father also needed assistance. She asked another manager to assist who was also helpful. Our phones were taken care of and all of our questions were answered. This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had in this type of establishment. I highly recommend this store.

Talk about slow. I've only been there twice and I average two hour and 17 mins and to boot, did not fix the issue.
