Gave me and my friends the wrong pizza, wrong wings, no ranch. We asked for a half pepperoni and cheese and they gave us a whole pepperoni one they already made, and wings I guarantee were from the back. The pizza tasted good, though my friend didn't enjoy the pepperoni that much because it was really stuck on to the cheese of the pizza. The cashier was talking to his coworker not even looking at us the entire time we were trying to order, and the rest of the staff was rambunctious and unprofessional.

I think this restaurant is very unprofessional. I went there tonight to place an order & everything I tried to order, none of the employees wanted to make it. I asked for the special. They claimed they don’t have that. I asked for cheese sticks. Apparently they were out of those as well. They were acting as if they didn’t wanna even make a pizza. Tried to give me a pizza that was sitting out all day. They were acting as if they were getting ready to close. They started sweeping & moping. When store hours clearly says 11pm. I wouldn’t of written a review. But this situation blew me. I’m a regular there & this has never happened to me. I think the staff needs better training & the store needs better leadership. I will not be returning.

Belligerent Brother

Ordered online only to arrive to find out there was no wings available. Cool I can deal with that. But at least have the (1) pizza & (1) order of bread sticks ready. They had to prepare these two items. I waited another 20 plus minutes just for the two items I feel that should have been ready. Then I get home to find that they threw that ish together.

The 3 guys working had there mask on th chins and only put them on when they talk to someone. No one was wearing gloves. My pizza was old and dry so I had to go back to the store to have it remade. They forgot a part or my order to begin with. They were not professional at all. I felt like they didn't care about having any customer service. The one guy who was in charge last night wasn't even in the store when I had ask for a manager. They were busy and only 1 person making pizza and 1 cashier with no manager helping seems like a recipe for disaster to me. This will be the last time I ever go there. Thanks for ruining little caesars for me for good.
