their hood over their burger grill was busted, so their menu was rather restricted. employee at the window was understanding when we needed a little extra time to figure out our order since we didn't know what all was still available. the sign taped on the screen just stated burgers weren't available, but the chicken sandwiches also must use the same equipment. (their fish sandwich and another sandwich were still available probably because they are fried on different equipment) we eventually figured it out and the rest went normally. if you're dead set on a whopper, maybe call ahead to see if they have it fixed yet.

Wasn't the slogan always "have it your way"? Well not only do I get customizations, but I usually get something entirely different than what I ordered. A cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato? Nah. We're gonna go ahead and just take all the toppings off!

I wouldnt give this place a star . this location cant even make a sandwich or make fresh fries the kid at the window told us he wouldnt have came to work had he known his coworker wouldve came also. Horrible location . horrible food

23 minutes (times on my phone) to get a whopper and fries. They forgot me in the waiting line in the drive through. I had to go back through the drive through, my food was sitting there waiting. Fries were stone cold and soggy. Whopper was cold. I asked for a new set of fries. There literally is only 1-2 people working in this entire place. Pay better! Taco Bell, McDonalds, Taco Johns, all are able to operate at a normal pace. Why can't this place? I just want to be able to get an Impossible Whopper once and a while and I can't! Half the time I get there, no customers are there, and there are employees smoking outside on the curb. It is time to get this owner to sell the franchise and get someone else competent in there. If this was my franchise, I would be personally working it and showing my employees that I care. Please just avoid this place, make them pay. Give them no business until they sell.
