This Cracker Barrell was the best experience ever. Kaitlyn was an awesome server. We’ve been to many other locations and her service was the best we have ever had. She is the only one who said we could get regular hash browns since we don’t like onions. She checked on us plenty and asked if she could get us drinks to go. Kaitlyn represents the customer service industry with excellence!

Let me start of by saying that service was great! Best server I have ever had there. The management did nothing but bark orders, glare and smoke cigarettes outside. It was a very busy Friday night. I remember having bigger portions in the past. I had maybe four bites of mashed potatoes, my son had a small scoop of mac and cheese, and my mom had less dumplings than I did.

We had such a great experience here today! The waiter McKenzie was so great we had to tell the manager about her and Victoria was so friendly and very beautiful! Such amazing people here. The special was to die for and my wife hamburger steak was killer. They made us feel really great about coming in and honestly it's beautiful to see people being so nice and friendly in today's view. I have to say this is probably the best family based restaurant in the local area. Plus they have all kinds of cool stuff to look at while you wait! There is literally something for everyone who comes in. Thanks guys for a great memorial weekend meal!

Our server was Natalie. She was very busy but did a good job. She got our order all correct even our special requests. She refilled our beverages and was attentive. Food itself was pretty good. Cracker Barrel food seems to have slipped lately.
