Reserved a cabin online, and when we arrived we called them, but the person in charge claimed that she didn’t have our reservation and that her website wasn’t functioning correctly. We gave her our confirmation number and she said that it didn’t matter because they were booked up.

Booked online through a booking service, talked with a woman before leaving who said she would send us the code to get in. Had a 3 hour drive to the cabin, when we were about half an hour away we got a call saying she double booked us and left us with nowhere to stay. I get things happen, but nothing was done to remedy the situation.

Cute little cabins. Loved the kitchen in the cabin. Very affordable. What a wonderful way to get away with out really having to go away.

Kozy Haven log cabins with wonderful great design, quaint feel lovely cabins and a fordable price I would recommend and plan on going back there as soon as possible. New owners are doing a lot with a place and making it more family-friendly and a Modern Way of booking and renting.
