Always out of something, store is not kept clean, even the entry doors. Don't bother payind for more toppings, you order double and you get nothing more than regular which is very little.

During the last month I have ordered pizza twice I'm going to pick it up. In both cases when I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere close for 30 minutes after I arrived. The pizza has been cooked and sitting in the warmer the whole time I waited. I complained and when I left the second time to leave the facility the new manager it would only been there a short time basically told me to get my pizza somewhere else. I had yelled from the front desk and the second time even went and got my pizza from the warmer although the pizza is good I will never go back to the store. She told me I should have run the Bell and when I told there there was none she said it must have been stolen. Whoever owns this store needs to realize they have an absentee staff who do nothing but argue and blame the customer. When I pick up my pizza I expect someone to be there and not for the pizza to be Stone Cold. per the manager's instructions I recommend everyone go elsewhere to get your pizza

I have heart healthy diet restrictions and used my cheat day to enjoy some pizza that I had been looking forward to. When we opened our pizza at home it was very over cooked and dry. It was grease soaked and the cheese sticks were also almost burnt. We were very disappointed. Also when my husband picked order up, there was a stack of burnt pizza’s on the counter ☹️ I won’t say I will never order from Pizza Hut again at this location as we all can have off days however please be mindful of the quality of it when putting it the box to go out.

Just stopped by for some bread sticks. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly! Answered my questions, was smiling. Seemed very happy to be working. The experience was great and so were the bread sticks! Will come back again!
