Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: The shower didn¿t work! The toilet didn¿t work! The front desk was an obnoxious liar and called the police on us JUST SO THEY COULD KEEP OUR $100 cash deposit. They have been reported to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything, booked a King room, was given 2 doubles. WREAKED of smoke- so bad that the next day my clothes smelled like it. Stains on the carpet.

Positive: Will never stay here again¿ Negative: Filthy hotel, very rundown. Paint peeling off the walls, rug in room was dirty, stairwells dirty. This hotel doesn¿t deserve to have the Wyndham name associated with it.

We get here and everything seems OK at first. We drop off our stuff in the room and head into phili. We come back after an evening of sight seeing and dinner. The room seems clean but does have the odor of past smoking which is a huge red flag. So my family and i fall asleep and I am woken by one of the rooms above us making a tremendous amount of noise. I am a very sound sleeper and this actually woke me up. It honestly sounded like several people were having a mosh pit in their room! The ceiling was vibrating from foot stomps and the lamp fixture on it kept rattling for hours even after calling the front desk! Oh and aparently the in room phones do not work to call the front desk so I had to use my cell phone to complain. I have stayed I some sketchy hotels both in the US and in other countries like Brazil but this has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had in ANY hotel I have stayed in. I don't know if the world has lost its respect for others but whoever these people were they certainly has zero regard for anyone else in the section of the hotel I was in. Wyndham you should be ashamed of this facility.
