I walked in to get my to go order and there was trash all over the floor. Crumbs everywhere. 6 chicks running around with their heads cut off. No organization. They ruined my order after I had called from ordering on line to fix it. I ordered the prime rib dip and got no dip… didn’t want the onions. But I was looking forward to the aujue. When I called, and the cashier answered she was to in a hurry to understand what exactly happened and actually hung up n me. This was my birthday dinner. An it’s kinda ruined. This is what the meal I had ordered on line at all. All because someone couldn’t take the time and listen. -terrible service -dirty restaurant -no communication skills. I’ll never go back. An my tea was warm…. Get it together ladies. That was a huge disappointment and a reminder as to why my family and I don’t eat out.

We ate inside both times, service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. Kudos to the bartender thank you so much.

Food was good. But waitress seemed high or drunk. Her eyes were I had to talk "really slow" and "repeat" for her to take our order, even though we only ordered 2 meals &1appitizer. Then I sat there for 15 mins waiting for her to come help us, where she went out back with 1 of the male cooks.. then she messed up our Receipt up by not giving us 1/2 off the appetizer we ordered and then when I confronted her about it she said that it's not 1 of the appetizers you get half off of. I told her I go to Applebee's every week and order this same item and it is always half price at happy hour.. So I asked her what items are not half off and she named them all but 1.. by that point I just wanted to leave there.. I can't remember her name, probably cause she never said it, but she had short/shoulder length dyed blonde hair with 3 inch dark roots. And a stoned look on her face.. you can't miss her....

Nastiest bathroom i think I've seen in a long time. You would honestly think you were in an older truck stop. The day and night mangers should be fired. Pore leadership, not making sure things are properly taken care of for the public.. and it's my wife's birthday dinner. 👍
