2 out of the 3 doctor's I had here were rude. The first one had his hand on the door while I had questions for him, after seeing him for less than 5 minutes. The second one didn't give me proper information regarding the steroid shot and associated risks, after I specifically asked, and mocked me for asking. After receiving my MRI shot, I was sent down to get the MRI and felt faint and dizzy (most likely due to adrenaline) and almost passed out in the waiting room, had to lay down, and it took me far too long to find help. I had to shout for help eventually because no one was at the front desk. Then, they told me they called my insurance (my insurance says they did not) and that my bill would be $885, which I paid up front. After all my procedures and the MRI, I was sent an additional bill of $1070, more than the first amount that I already paid. I'm furious and will not be returning. Please find a different provider if you can.

I had no idea there was an urgent care just for orthopedic issues. What a blessing to the community. My primary care doctor told me to go here when I emailed her about sudden knee pain. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving by Dr. Beneville, and a course of treatment was planned. The process of creating it was well reasoned, with options for altering it, if need be. That analytic approach was very welcome to someone like myself. Best part of a bad situation is I get rehab at the facility upstairs, which from previous experience there, is a very effective step at becoming healthy again. So far, this facility, and staff, has been excellent. Lastly, they have an online portal, which is always a plus. Would recommend.

Wow what a great experience from setting up the actual appointment at 9:30 on Thursday morning, the scheduling desk person was super accommodating to my request in getting to see someone as soon as possible, since I was in a lot of pain with my injured ankle. She had a 2:30 appointment available at there Raleigh location about 50 miles away! The services that I receive from the office staff & X-ray tec was excellent. Dr. Paul Kerner was super friendly and approachable, he ensure that I was properly informed about the results of my x rays and assured me that nothing was broken! I will recommending Emerge Ortho to all my friends! Keep up the great work you do! Thank you LW

Went to Duke Ortho Urgent care and they had a 2hr wait! Came to Emerge and was taken care of right away… no wait! Alfonza was great. Kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the location and the care.
