Came in on 11/06/18 to make a wire transfer to close on our house. I was told someone would come out and greet me shortly. After waiting 15 min with no response or acknowledgement, I left. I went to another Wells Fargo to conduct my business. I'm a 9 year customer of Wells Fargo and I have never been treated so rudely by being ignored as I was in Lumberton, N.C, Never again!!

ATM tried to jip me out of 20 dollars. And bank is In the worst possible location. Small parking lot and crowd road getting into the bad side of town. I pulled into a parking spot after going the atm and some man on a bike pulls in next to my car blocking me in wanting me to role down the window, saying "what you got there?" Within one minute of me being in the parking spot. He was watching people at the ATM waiting for his chance to get some money.

Wells Fargo is a bank 4 people on the move they have banks in about every time that you can think of along the way as you travel when you're out of town and you walk in the bank it's like you walked in your hometown you can handle all your banking needs from state to state town to town

Some are open just for the teller line if you need to see a banker then you have to make an appointment
Yes ! During this ""Pandemic"" you call call and make an appointment. Then you will be allowed to go inside and meet with a Personal Banker.
It takes a deposit of $25 to open an account. Then there are 3 different ways to get $10 monthly fee waived. I use them and love it. The $25 will be available the same day you open the account
