Moved from suburban stay to this location. Staying for 32 days and this place is hands down great. The staff are wonderful, helpful and professional. The rooms are great and clean. The WiFi is one reason I moved over to this location with fast speeds. And if needed you can pay a small price for faster speeds. The location is close to many food options within walking distance or short drive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needing somewhere to stay for either a short or long period of time.

If I could rate this location and company a zero star rating I would. This company STOLE $1792.00 from me. I’m a Marine retiring this summer and need a place to stay for 27 nights after selling my house. I made a reservation with The Jacksonville NC Extended Stay America almost three months before my scheduled stay. I was charged the entire amount at that time. I called to inquire with the location manager at which time she canceled my reservation WITHOUT my authorization. I received no notice and their policy is to keep the money! I contacted their customer service and customer relations department and they refused to reinstate the reservation or grant a refund. The location manager took it upon herself to cancel my reservation without my consent. I never once asked or authorized a cancelation. In what right mind would a person say yeah just take my money!

Positive: I loved the staff they were prompt about anything I asked for except for my first night. Overall they get a 6 out of 10. And that is because I didn't have heat in my room the first night! I couldn't sleep and I was miserable! Negative: No heat in my room the first night and they didn't have a comparable room for me to stay in. I had to resort to sleeping in my clothes.

So been pretty much living here since October of last year and I’ve been loving it. The rooms are like your own little apartment (pretty exciting for a 20 year old who just moved outta state too a point) the front desk ladies are amazing, very sweet. The maintenance is amazing as well. Just all around a really good home away from home 🖤
