I arrived up the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Clinton to pick up my car and found the parking lot area to be absolutely disgusting and the restroom unusable it was so dirty. The management should be embarrassed. I picked up my rental and to my dismay it only had a quarter tank of fuel. I was told that was their policy but I had never experienced that before with Enterprise. I did my paperwork, the associate working seemed nice and helpful but I got ten miles from the office and the change oil light came on. I called the company and was given several options none of which were conducive to my travel schedule so I ended up switching out my vehicle at Richmond Airport, the car I changed out for had brake issues so I traded that in for another vehicle in Fredericksburg VA, I called ahead and was told it was ready but when I arrived the inside of the vehicle was quite dirty. Very disappointed in the service I received. It seems that no one takes pride in their product anymore.

This was my second time renting from the Clinton location, both experiences were totally different... The second time we rented was the worst. Got to the place and they got me a Jeep ready for my trip, before we went outside the lady asked me to sign all the paper work before we go outside because it was cold and sprinkling outside. She found that the tire pressure was low in one tire and I was in a hurry so I said I would put air in it no problem... Fast forward to the next night... Head light went out, tire had lost pressure, transmission smelled funny and it was raining and hydroplaned 4 times while we were driving. The next day we found a enterprise were we were at and they replaced it with another, oh yea did I mention there was a screw in the tire that was low, and hardly any tread on the front tires? Plus the paper work I signed before I saw the car didn't cover the chip in the windshield that I told the lady about? That took another 2 hours on the phone to get that fixed... And the only compensation I got for all my hassle was 25 dollars returned to me. If you don't have to rent from Clinton location DONT!!!!

Enterprise no longer purchases 12 passengers to rent. You can rent a 15 passenger van. It would be recommended to reserve as in advance as possibly for any holiday traveling. Enterprise confirms larger vehicle in advance and cannot always guarantee last-minute reservations.
