Review will be brief. I ordered a steak meal from this Ruby Tuesday when traveling from New England home to Florida. Spent the late afternoon until about 3 a.m. resting before rest of my trip. So as options were somewhat limited and I am familiar (a little) with Ruby Tuesday I gave it an attempt. The steak wasn't bad for the price but the baked potato was AWFUL! It was small and tasted like it was made out of cardboard. The other positive that allowed me to rate them 3/5 stars was they got my meal ready relatively quickly. The steak with mushrooms/onions was cooked medium rare as ordered and was tasty, if a tad on the small side. Compared to other options close to hotels I'd recommend this Ruby Tuesday.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. It was an hour and 15 minutes before we were seated. The server said the kitchen was really backed up. Don't know why, the restaurant was half empty. Did see 3 or 4 to go orders go out. It was NOT worth the wait! Server was not attentive. Waited way too long for bar drink. Cole slaw was warmer than room temperature. French fries were inedible. Lettuce on salad bar was wilted and brown. Don't waste your time here!

If I could give zero stars I would I was told after ordering nachos they were out of chips and then when I ordered a chicken, cheese, black bean quesadilla it was sent to me soggy and grease-filled with hardly NO meat/cheese and then I was told they had no salsa either… so I put in a large order for takeout dinner and got attitude from the bartender who called me “another annoying cracker” obviously she didn’t think I heard her!!! I will NEVER come back again!!!

Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and The Loaded Fries. Take out was extremely fast and the ladies were so nice. The burger was good and The Loaded Fries were outstanding.
