So upset after a 12 hour day, ordered food for my family, and my order wasn't right when I clearly told them what I needed. Fries were cold. Fried instead of grilled on the bowls and my chicken on my biscuit is so hard I can't cut it. You think spending 50.00 would get some decent food.

I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I asked for 4 honey mustards with my order. I got my food and saw my sauces weren’t there. I pulled around to the front and parked to go inside. I POLITELY asked for my sauces. They then all blankly stare at me then go get the sauce. As I’m walking out of the door, this lady, she said her name was Ashley but I doubt it’s her real name, but I can describe her well. She was working the night shift 05/29/2022 at the NMB location. She proceeded to try and make an “example” out of me and said that “anytime someone like that comes in here…..”. I opened up the door again and asked if she was talking about me. She laughed and then told me to have a nice day and proceeded to talk and laugh with all her coworkers, just leaning there. I come back in and ask for her name, she laughs again, says Ashley, then yells in a sarcastic tone, have a nice day. I would understand if I was rude at all, but I asked very politely and was met with her ugly attitude. Guess what’s on the inside shows out (:

First impression is everything. The cashier was sweet considering this was our first time. The food was alright same chicken sandwich as everywhere else. At least not all of the menu items was spicy.

Last night 8/17/2021 I walked in….ordered two freshly dropped(hot) chicken sandwiches with fresh hot fries. Jakhezia was my cashier and server she was very friendly and prompt…all the staff was on point..and efficient. I loved the service so much I came back this morning 8/18/2021 to see if the I got the same service I got last night…..Sure enough I was professionally greeted by Carol…such lovely lady and very kind and courteous. All the expectations of consistency and service that one would expect has been met. This location should get a 10 ⭐️ Plus a Michelin ⭐️ This is without a doubt the best Bojangles I have ever been into….Good Job!
