Tried to order tires, guy working the counter told me he would order the tires and for me to call back on Wednesday to schedule an install. Called back like I was told to and no one ordered the tires and told me that only a supervisor could order the tires but there was no supervisor viable. These guys working in a tire shop are a waste of time, pay more and get the service you desire because you will not get it here.

Walmart Auto Center is the most unfriendly, unmanaged and unkept places I've ever experienced. 5pm today I took my car for a quick oil change OMG was that thoughtless of me! When I get there, no one is up at the Auto Care counter, I waited 15 mins finally I opened the door to garage area and finally get someone to appear. This guy was a joke! Right away, before I could even finish asking him about changing the oil, he rudely cuts me off and says he's too busy!? What?? There was 1 car in the entire 5 or 6 bay garage and at least 2-5 people in the back laughing and goofing off as I had been standing and waiting to customer service to begin with. It's 530, 2 hours b4 they close and they are swamped lmbo yeah I know that's right. 😉 I went on and did my shopping and as I returned to my car that was parked outside of the auto car center it became clear to me just exactly what was keeping that nasty, rude employee so covered up and busy. There they were all sitting outside at a table smoking cigarettes and laughing (I imagine they were laughing at how they continue to get paid to completely avoid work and probably get incentives for treating potential customers badly). Well, this is 1 customer who will NEVER bring any automotive business to them again and I will do my best to keep all my friends and family away from Walmart auto care as well because they certainly don't seem to need, want or care about our business!

Decent since we have supply chain issues. Main employees have been there for years. They I enjoy. New people still have an attitude when asked questions. Growing pains I guess!

I'm running a fireworks tent in Mayodan., NC I really like this Walmart compared to the one back home in Burlington,NC. I like the well stocked shelves and organization of the store.
