I showed the lady a PHOTO of how I wanted my hair. A long bob short in the back long in the front so I have pieces that frame my face. I even told her to leave the pieces longer since my hair is curly they will bounce back up. Well she CUT the framing hairs and now my hair is super jacked up. It’s choppy and ugly ): I hate it. My self esteem has been greatly effected ): Will never go here ever again. Didn’t listen to a word k said. ☹️

Great Job cutting my kids hair, she even kinda helped him talk me into letting him get a semi mullet lol which wasn't easy... She done a great job and was very nice, sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember her name so that anyone going could ask for her. I do know her and her husband live in china grove.

I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and great job that Jan did on cutting and styling my hair. She was so kind to me also. It meant so very much to me and it was so therapeutic. She truly went beyond her her job,. What a wonderful experience I had! Getting my hair cut and feeling so much better physically and mentally! I can't say enough from a very positive experience!!!

Seriously the best Great Clips I've ever been too. 2/3 of the workers there today (1/29/21) handled me and my daughter today. I did note the 3rd lady was always awesome at styling as well. I so enjoyed my experience. I walked outta there feeling on top of the world. Thank you so much! I won't fear a haircut so long as they stay put!
