I would agree with the comments regarding the staff being nice here. This was by far my best DMV experience. This office is well run and the employees treat you like customers, including the supervisor. They are nice, respectful and do their job well. I would go back here again anytime, it's worth the drive.

Summary: Staff are incompetent liars. Wish I could give zero stars. Had an appointment yesterday, couldn’t get my license cuz of an issue that (granted) wasn’t their fault. But this part IS: the lady who helped me said FOUR TIMES she’d call me today to update me. No calls. I called the office three times, nobody picked up. Had to drive ALL THE WAY back out again to find out that she’s not even working today. Her self-proclaimed “Supervisor” was completely useless, wasn’t hearing any complaints, just kept telling me to “try back later” even though he’d literally just said they weren’t taking any more walk-in appointments. Even though I had an appointment yesterday and was TOLD to come back, I was still considered a “walk-in”. I don’t know what else I expected from the DMV so I guess it’s my fault for expecting people to do their basic job. If you’d just answered the phone this could have been avoided. “Oh we’re short-staffed, it’s a pandemic” literally EVERYWHERE is short-staffed. When you’re short-staffed for a year, that’s just normal-staff now. And not for nothing but SEVERAL people showed up yesterday saying the same thing I’d been told today “oh I don’t know why they told you to come back today”. So clearly they’re lying to everyone, and the lady who helped me started talking to another employee about how she messed up some guy’s license cuz she didn’t include motorcycle certification. So does anyone at this DMV actually know how to do their job?

Unbelievable! I drove an hour after calling to ensure I could perform the business required. I arrived at 4:36pm for them to STOP on the sidewalk before even arriving at the door. They told me I could not been seen as they closed at 4:30. The website states 5:00pm! They stop seeing people at 4:30pm so they can be out by 5:00pm! Nothing on the website, nothing on the door signs! Their answer was I am sure someone told you over the phone. Do you really think I would drive 1 hour knowing that but of information! Another example of the government service our tax payers and VETs pay for at its best! Shame on the employee who had no compassion or consideration at all. We all want to get off work and I understand BUT do your job first!

Yes the wait can be long, but that's given without an appointment. Once i got called back everything went by fast. In all honesty the employees here was the nicest DMV people I have met. The other DMVs i gone to, the employees where so rude and didn't act like they wanted to deal with people. The employees here gave off a positive and professional attitude witch is always appreciated
