It wasn't as good as my last visit. If you pay with cash and have to return some you should not have to take a in store card. It's hard enough without things being harder

Lowe's advertises that they are a DIY (Do It Yourself)warehouse and nothing could be more true. There are no Lowe's employees. You can search for products yourself, check yourself out and load your car all by yourself. You can't really answer the phone yourself if you call the store but no worries, Lowe's is not going to answer it either. Have an issue? Talk to yourself because Lowe's sure isn't going to talk to you. Buying a large item, need delivery or installation? Shame on you! Lowe's can't do any of those things. They can only farm that out to people that might have a truck or a few tools then tell you it's NOT Lowe's problem. Home Depot are you listening? We need you.

This is the worst Lowes Hardware in NC & SC. Purchased a brand new washing machine and dryer that was supposed to be delivered a week ago Saturday, the dryer was delivered the Wednesday after because the truck broke down. Still no sign of the washing machine and they keep hanging up when called. The last they said was we'll have to see where it is and get back in touch with you. It's been a week & 1/2.... still waiting.... both items were paid with cash. ???

I went 2 weeks ago looking at flooring. After I narrowed it down to 2 choices, I asked for help with the measurements I had and pricing. CINDY was so generous with her time and knowledge.I went back the next week to purchase from this particular store because of her. Thanks again for great customer service!!!
