Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Rude & demeaning if you're a woman. As bad as service was on this previous day ... a great big shout out to Andy who saved my daughters life today as he tightened the lug nuts on my car. She borrowed my car to run an errand & asked Andy to take a look at the tire as the car was making a noise as if the car was getting a flat. Thank you Andy for taking care of my precious daughter. You sir are the bomb.

I came in for some oil and a spark plug. The Salesman (hopefully I get this right) "Andy Chewy", was amazing. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. He went above and beyond, even helped me put the spark plug in with the help of the manager "Ron Harper" who also was extremely pleasant and selfless in acts of kindness. I know, they are not required to assist customers with such things and aren't expected to. I offered to tip the guys for going out of their way, and both refused payment. This store definately exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return and recommend! 5 stars It was definitely a great customer service experience! Thanks again!

If there's a AutoZone Dad 2020 coin shop that a father and a son that if there is a AutoZone and if I had the money and I could forward it I would be definitely in your place to shop no doubt about that and that is from the sake of God and from God to touch my heart to touch your hearts and to let you all know that you're never forgotten we are welcome in your state and thank you for having us in your state in my heart and my hands reach out to you as long as you show the same respect to the lyon family and we will show the respect back we all love each and every America we are all proud on this Earth and let's continue being proud and loving each and other with a smile on your face and saying to yourself thank you God for keeping us alive and thank you God for waking me up at 3:00 in the morning but thank you for having us in your store as well

This store goes beyond for customers. My battery died at the Shell station down the street on a Friday night. I called during the 40 minute wait for a family member to come help me to ask if they had a battery for my car make and model. Andy C. told me they did and when I explained what had happened and that I would be there as soon as I could, Andy said he would see if they had someone that could come help me. I wasn't expecting anyone to come, but a few minutes later, Andy was there, jumped my battery, and when I got to Autozone, replaced the battery for me. He definitely saved my night. Robert was also extremely helpful and reassuring they would handle everything. So appreciative of these two and will definitely be back.
