Friendly service but paint selection was terrible? Only have one paint in stock. Conveniently, the highest price ones! When asked about the other "Captivate" paint specifically, I was told " we haven't had that in a very long time. So to get the color you want /need , you're forced to buy the more expensive alternative. Bait and switch business tactics . Do not recommend

Phillip Grant was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Paint prices were really good with the coupons that were available and he had my paint ready quickly.

I went to SW thinking I would receive better service/advice than Lowes as SW only specializes in paint. They did not seem to know much about how to choose color combinations or colors trending. The overall help was lacking and I was sadly disappointed. They mainly want to know what color you want and then mix it instead of asking if you need help on a selection (and this is much worse if they are busy). The 2 reps I finally got to wait on me on my second trip did not seem to know trends or even have good suggestions for colors. It just seems that they are not trained very well or they simply do not want to be bothered unless you know what you already want. Because of this I ended up spending double the money on more paint because the combination I chose without their help was too similar.

.You'd think it would be higher in price than big box stores or really any other chain stores of its kind but honestly their painting tools cwb be bought for cheaper than at highs. .I mean Lowe's and the people here know wth they're taking about nit just faking it to get a pay check
