Friendly fast efficient staff. Was a please doing business with them. Got to my appointment early and they took me in and had me out in 30 minutes if that.

OK so the guy at the door is a bit of a hard *ss. But he let me in when my appointment was changed without me knowing. He let me in and finally let me get my license again. Thank you door guy. After a year long battle I finally got my license. Your awesome! Also if your having a license hearing, don't have it here. The hearing officer is creepy and ask a lot of questions that no one should ask... Very weird guy. Stuff thats very personal and he got mad when I said I wasn't comfortable answering the question... If you have to get a license hearing then do what I did. Hire a lawyer. In ONE WEEK my lawyer made my license available again. Anyways seriously thank you door guy!! :)

The process was fast and easy enough. One of the men spoke to me like he was a police officer, which seemed a bit much. I'm glad they're taking the virus seriously and using precautions, though. I think the website could be made to be a little more user friendly.

A necessary evil that could be greatly improved for everyone involved by adding more staff. The employees that do work here were friendly and professional, trying to move everyone through as fast as they could. They say you can call and make reservations, but I've never gotten through on the phone.
