This is the Best bank I’ve ever dealt with . Free checking / saving account and no overdraft fees . Customer service is always happy to see you if you have to go in . Edit : after years of using Pnc , specifically the hickory location , I’ll not be going back. It’s nothing like it was when I joined a few years ago. I now get questioned and looked at like I don’t belong there every time I go in. It’s an uncomfortable feeling in there the past year or so and nobody smiles or acts happy. I just about cancelled my Pnc account after my last visit due to the dark haired lady working the front. She didn’t explain anything and almost had me deposit a check that I wouldn’t be able to access until the next day haha. If I wouldn’t have stopped her she would have deposited that check with a scowl on her face. I took my check down to the next bank THAT I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH and they cashed it for a few bucks but Pnc wouldn’t cash it after 5 years. I’ve been direct depositing at least one thousand dollars a month in that account for 5 years and this lady arrogantly acts like I’m dirt. Surrrrre . Some customer appreciation huh. Fortunately I started using the granite location and they’re friendly. I’ll keep using the granite location and will not waste another second dealing with those miserable souls at the hickory branch

Alway friendly service. Their phone app is awesome pay bills deposit checks. They reimburse ATM fees is one of the things I like most. Great bank
