Positive: Bed was comfortable. Negative: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I've had more options at less expensive hotels. The only choices were bagels, waffles and packets of oatmeal. The only drink options were coffee or tea. There was mold in the bathroom.

Dirty. The things you don't easily spot, like the roof of the microwave or the freezer. Outdated TV technology. Dirty fitness room, sticky drink spilled on the equipment, been there my whole stay. Ants were in the fitness room too. The showerhead is old and the shower moldy. Damaged walls, ripped curtains, and ripped bed sheets. The coffee maker leaked. And it is old. The breakfast is good though, and so is the service. They don't have any bugs in the rooms, which is good.

Rooms are a little run down & dated. The corner of the shower had visible mildew & the spa tub had hairs in it. So that gave me the impression the room wasn't cleaned well. There was a leak in the ceiling above the spa tub. It dripped continuously. The people down the hall had about 5 pairs of shoes sitting outside their door & made the entire hallway smell like feet. Upon checking out, there were guests complaining. They complained their spa tub did not work & also their room wasn't clean on arrival. Obviously, I agree that cleanliness wasn't up to par. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comedian

Pool was broken so it was closed. We even called ahead to see if pool reservations were required due to covid and they didn't mention that the pool was broken. It snowed the night we checked in and the hotel didn't bother to shovel at the doors which didn't really matter because the key cards didn't work to get in. We told the front desk and they said it was a 50/50 chance that the doors will open with key cards. No door handle or lock on the bathroom door in the room. Continental breakfast had nothing for kids to drink. No juice, no milk for cereal, no water for instant oatmeal. Just coffee. All the apples had holes in them. Staff walks around the hotel without wearing masks even when interacting with guests. Two out of three lampshades in the room were dented and had holes in them. A room booked for four people had one bath towel and no extra pillows. The tissue box had tissues stuffed back into it. Closet door had a hole in it. The room was made up nice for the most part when we arrived but when so many things are in disrepair it just doesn't feel real clean. We will not be back.
