The girls working were very nice and sweet. However the chili cheese tots were awful. The chili was burnt.

Probably the worst sonic in VA. The fries are always cold, the effort is never therr to actually make thing. I got a nerd slushie the other day with about a box on nerds just right on top. It takes 3 seconds to give it a little mix.

Waited for ever to get to place order, I ordered a milk shake to be told it would be 10+ min for them to be able to fix it.

Stopped to get my girls ice cream and no one ever answered the red button...even moved to a different space. Waited over 30 min no one even came out. When I drove around the employees were standing inside talking I guess I should have gotten out and tried to get someone's attention I wasn't the only person. Several others left unhappy. I've never had a problem here so not sure if something wasn't working or what. My 5 year old was not happy when I didn't have her sonic blast when I came through the door. May try again tomorrow.
