Drink machine wasn't working. Tea dispenser was empty. No ketchup. No lettuce. The employees moved slower than sloths! We ordered two chicken sandwiches but had to wait about 15 minutes for the second one to be cooked and made so the first sandwich was lukewarm by then. Several people behind us walked out when they heard about the very limited drink options. This place needs help if it's going to stay open.

If you go after 7pm it's like they completely lose half their menu. The last time I tried two different people in the drive thru said their drink machine was down. I told the first person it was fine I just wouldn't get a drink. I waited for a few minutes and a different person repeated their drink machine was down and wouldn't even take my order. I know they're severely understaffed but so much that the drink machine shut it all down? Never going back, I stop after getting off work and it's only been frustrating each time.

I often stop at this Wendy's on my travels to Richmond and they are always very friendly and the service is typically quick, although at this point in history, perhaps it would benefit us all to remember that restaurants are short-staffed and the employees are working under stressful circumstances. The Summer Strawberry salad is very, very good and so are the other salads at Wendy's (for those of us giving good health a hearty go of it). Full disclosure though, I did try the new Bourbon Bacon burger and it's not bad at all.

Been here several times, if you’re in a hurry you better pick somewhere else, today I sat in the drive, with only 1 car in front of me for 15 minutes. Would have been quicker to go inside. The food today was subpar, I live 10 minutes from this place and when I got home my food was cold, chicken nuggets were over cooked (and cold on top of it). Have plenty of time on your hands if you go here
