I am a huge Wendy’s fan. I am on the road a lot and their food just hits the spot. This Wendy’s was fantastic. The quality and cook of the food was perfect. The staff was considerate and kind. The service I have gotten at other Wendy’s recently has been just okay. But this location really reminded me why I stop there so often! Great job!

Mobile ordering is useless. Got to the drive through with one car ahead of us. We waited so long three cars drove off. Still had to wait for our order to be cooked. Time for better management maybe?

This wendys used to be "Jonny on the spot" but the last 4 times we went through the drive in window in altivista I have gotten home and the order has been not what I ordered I live in Brookneal, I ordered the bacon baconator it had two 1" pieces of bacon on it and it looked like it and the other 3 burgers had been put together by tossing it from across the room I spent $54 that trip! Come on people get it together, take some pride!

Their was a hair in my BERGER totally DISGUSTING. Me and my husband's food came to almost 20 dollars, and to find hair on my berger is totally UNACCEPTABLE, I went in to the restaurant and told the manager he acted like it was no big deal, I asked him why the workers in the cook kitchen didn't have NETS on their heads? I got No RESPONSE, that is so NASTY and UNSANITARY, people's hair shedding all on your food, Although they remade my berger I couldn't eat it, because after I seen that DISGUSTING hair on my berger I had lost my APPETITE. I threw the berger and fries in the trash. I will never go back to this NASTY restaurant again.
