I've been going to these outlets for many years... as a whole. The stores are pretty good. The staff are always nice and constantly trying to keep up with tidying the store. I think they do really good especially when Friday-Sunday comes it's super busy. Definitely best to go during week if you're wanting to avoid all the traffic with people and annoying parking. As far as shelves being stocked goes... good... prices ?... most of time decent.

Nice selection of stores but as we all know, many stores have regular priced merchandise or it is made especially for the outlet store. Still a good place to shop as there are not many options in this area. Loft, Vera Bradley and Carter's are my favorites here. It can be very busy as it is adjacent to Hershey Park.

Parking is generally easy, and parking lit flow is good. The Outlet itself is a bit smaller than others, but there is still a lot of variety. Very convenient to Hershey and Hollywood Casino.
