Ordered through the Dunkin app since it didn’t say it was closed. I ordered for drive thru and when I pulled up it was CLOSED due to short staff. I get it since you’re short staffed, closing is the best decision to make. BUT MARKING IT CLOSED ON THE APP SUCKS AND I DONT KNOW WHOS FAULT IT IS BUT IM COMPLAINING.

overall disgusting they didn’t even warm up my wrap the whole thing was cold with a slice of cheese inside! I got a coffee as well and it tastes so bad waste of money.

Horrible horrible service.... With an empty store, my husband waited over 5 minutes with no one to attend to us. I had to interrupt an employee that was cleaning behind the register and what we received was NOTHING but rudeness from her! Cooperate will definitely be hearing from me!
Sometimes it's find, other times you pull up to the drive through to find an employee with their mask pulled down handing you a drink. Better to stop the car and go in so you know what you're getting.
