If I could rate this place with no stars I would! The reasons behind it include not getting our order right, not giving me the proper amount of sauces I paid for, and tonight the workers was all in the front part of the store hanging out setting on the counters while we were sitting in the drive thru along with 5 other vehicles waiting for them to come to the window to take an order for over 15 minutes all because they were to busy setting around. I will never go back to Little Caesars in Point Pleasant ever again.

I love their hot and ready pizza and deep dish supreme. I always go to the drive through, and the employees are always friendly.

I don't expect a hot and ready pizza to be the same quality as fresh, but I do expect it to be edible. I picked up a plain cheese hot and ready and ate it not even 10 mins later and the crust is literally so hard and stale that's it's inedible, like I'm eating a cheese covered rock. It's obvious that whomever is in charge doesn't care about product quality or food safety in the slightest. Definitely don't recommend this location.
