Appointment setup with for this morning. They were a noshow. No call from them to cancel appointment. As you may or may not recall, we were waiting for you to provide us with the necessary prints from the city engineer, before we could schedule the site survey with you. We need to gather as much information as possible in order to provide you with the best workable solution - at the best possible price. The engineering prints were never received (provided) so there was no way that we could competently survey your project. Because of this fact, a survey crew was not mobilized. However, I did make attempts to reach you. I left numerous voice messages and sent emails regarding our need for these prints in order to proceed with setting up a site survey. We are committed to providing our customers with affordable, reliable and proven solutions for all their project needs.
