Chicken was fried to the point of being hard ,not crispy .Employees didnt understand our order due to it being called in and the manager forgot to let them know about it .Manger was too busy trying to empress owner to deal with our order and seemed to forget the reason the business is there is customers .Someone needed to train managment what Customer Service means !How can she expect her employees to know the meaning if she does not !

I just went to this location to get a quick bite after work I ordered a 2 piece dark mash potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese with a sweet tea I got Cole slaw and potatoes I don't eat Cole slaw. The tea is too sweet and has a soured taste I'm not from here it's storming out. Won't be going back

Food was good but would have perfurd original instead of crispy. That is all they said they had in dark meat. Ordered a 20 dollar bucket and a 7.99 white meal, 2 breast and a wing and 2 sides. Got 1 breast and 1 side an biskit. Called to complain and was told it's 10.00 for 2 breast an Wing an 2 sides. NOT TRUE, SHE LIED TO ME. Hope she knows there are Menu's!!!! I have never had so much trouble with a KFC in my life. Ripley's nothing but problems!!

Tables are set for socal distances. The tables you can eat at are dirty. So I had eat at table that was close. I told them all tables are dirty still yet they sit on there butts. Manger was only one working prep food
