Everyone at the Post Office has been helpful in assisting me with getting my mail and answering my questions. Just visiting for the summer, but very impressed compared to many post office locations that were a hassle. Friendly staff.

Never bothered to tell me I had a package waiting for pickup, it was only a time sensitive package. Instead they sent it back to the shipper who also failed to inform the package was sent back to them. Lets not even talk about how lazy they must be to not deliver mail to their surrounding area, instead you must purchase a po box just to have a mailing address.

Loses packages - I shipped a package out of this post office, no scan, no tracking information, nothing. I've been shipping packages multiple times a week for four years and I have never had one simply disappear. The people I've dealt with have been perfectly friendly, but I simply cannot good in good conscience recommend a post office where items WITH TRACKING simply disappear.

Today, July 25, 2018, my husband and i went in there to inquire about some mail that keeps going missing for about two months now, and the post office are the ones who lost the mail last month and again almost, this month. We luckily found our mail in our box at the post office( the wrong place).. But that piece of mail (since it comes once a month) we wanted to go to the rv parks post office box so that we can prove residency since we live full time at the rv park in our 5th wheel trailer. It has a different address on it for that reason ( the rv parks address). And they neglected to tell us that since they saw our name on it that they just threw it in our po box instead... And its a very important piece of mail (check)... So when it didnt show up on time again this month, we called them and asked about it. The front desk lady was not only rude on the phone, plus still didnt tell me that they put it in our box (the wrong spot), but when we went in there about an hour later, she was beyond rude to us this time... She had the gull to tell us in a very rude manner that she was doing us a favor!?!?!?!? Huh??? And even poked at my check with a pen when it was in my hand, hard!!! She wouldnt let my husband explain the situation before cutting him off and raising her voice. I had to ask her to please let him talk. She just kept tapping her pen on the counter.... There were also people in line behind us. I personally was so embarrassed at the way she was treating us!!! And she was doing it for absolutely no reason at all!!! I know that she did wrong and it felt like she was bullying us in a way!! I didnt know what to do about this so i thought i would leave a review, because i cant fint any places on their web page to leave a complaint. I alao never leave complaints unless i feel its truly warranted. And my husband and i both believe that this one is definitley warranted! Why cant people just be nice, especially at their place of business???

Your question makes no sense. If you are asking if they employ Americans , yes they do. Only on a part time basis. Though I doubt you will find many willing to put up with the Bayfield postmaster.
I believe you can do it online. If not go in during business hours.
