Most of staff are friendly; the ones that have helped me at least. They're reasonably quick. Twice I've made large online orders for shed projects which include lumber, OSB and siding OSB. They did well picking out straight 2x4's and 2x6's. The staff will even load up the material in your truck.

Worst customer service! My husband called to check the status of a refrigerator we ordered online to be delivered to be told it wasn’t their job to check!! When he asked for a manager, turns out that was the assistant. This only frustrated us more! Another employee got on the phone saying they were the store manager, being extremely rude and telling us our order was delayed and they could cancel it! When you’re spending a large amount of money in a store, you’d hope to be treated decently. Last thing we will buy here.

I had to contact an appliance parts store in Durango because I was unable to get parts here. On the back wall behind the large appliances there is a section of parts. Don't get too hopeful. Most of their parts are online order. Good luck
Is the ceiling white? If so you can get a tube of white elastic caulk, fill enough to pack crack smooth. Or, if you can do a good job with sheetrock pan and knives, this Lowes sales a 1-gallon of regular mud. And a small roll of fiberglass tape. This would be a little more messy and would require repainting your work, whereas the caulk wouldn't. But either way good luck on your repair work.

Bring our dog in all the time I believe there is a sign that says service animals and friendly pets allowed. Just make sure they do their business before going in lol
