Today was my first visit with Dr. Tram Dien I didn't like the way she treated me. She was mad at me because I refused to tell her medical assistant about my medical condition she warned me next time to talk to her medical assistant first instead of me asking to talk to her.🙁 so I aske her if I don't have the right to talk to my doctor about my medical condition she was just unbelievable🙁 she came out of the room and was telling about me to her assistant on the hallway and she was so loud that I can hear her I am sure other patient hear her too. Dr. Tram I don't know why you chose to treat me with so much disrespect today that's was so unprofessional of you. Thank you so much for making me to call off work today.🙁

I have been going to CHC for 5 yrs now. Love my doctor love the nurses! I used to love the pharmacy until this last year. One of the pharmacy techs, Yvette, is beyond rude and unprofessional. I come in 3x a month to get my meds. Every single interaction with this woman has been horrible. Very condescending, talks down to patients, etc. Last week when I was here, there was a woman with a very strong accent. Yvette was clearly irritated and kept telling her no one know what you’re saying, what? What? The lady was visibly uncomfortable and upset. I’m really not sure how she’s kept her job there for this long. Every other person in that pharmacy is amazing. The medical team is amazing. If I could afford to go to a different pharmacy I would.

First time meeting Dr. Sarah Gruber at the community health clinic. Requested a referral to see a dermatologist for both myself and my son to continue treatment that we were receiving before moving to this clinic, but was denied by Dr. Gruber. Her reason for denying the referral was because it was too much of a headache to get a dermatology appointment. My husband is active duty military and we as a family all make many sacrifices for this country. One of the benefits for those sacrifices include healthcare. This doctor’s refusal to simply enter a necessary request for healthcare was demeaning and disrespectful. I will be searching for another location for healthcare. The staff at the front desk were kind. Doctors do not know everything and one of their biggest responsibilities is to listen to the client. Big fail for Dr. Sarah Gruber.

The dental clinic is perpetually behind and over worked. They are difficult to work with because of that. What the website says, what the person who answers the phone, and what really is happening are all three different stories. Walk-in dental services is available at this location despite what the signs in the lobby, the person on the phone, and the website says. The front desk was able to "fit us in as a walk-in". Phones are always answered with "can you hold please?" My client had an exam done in Dec 2020 and have finally scheduled a cleaning for the end of Nov. I'm grateful for the services but be ready to constantly advocate for yourself or dependents and doing all the work once you leave the back room. Don't wait for them to call you. Call them.
