So I pull up at Panda Express in San tan not knowing they open later than usual on Sunday’s. 11:00 Am note I pull up to the drive through 5 minutes till and instead of taking a order the lady on the intercom tells me I have to pull around and wait for them to open, yeah I’m okay I’ll just take my money elsewhere knowing in n out burger opens their doors half hour earlier from their scheduled opening time. Note she had also told 2 other cars in front of me the same thing

The honey sesame chicken was really good, but the beijing beef I got in the same order had soggy breading and was really chewy, I ended up throwing that out.

Whatever you do check your food when you get drive thru. Previous orders have consisted of missing items or wrong items. Today they were not super busy like other days as there was only one car in front of us and one behind. This time we could tell the person taking the order was slightly annoyed or not having a good day. No biggie people have bad days. Get home...and literally the girl gave us stuck to the bottom of the pan burnt teriyaki chicken. The rest of the food was okay. I did try calling but no one answers. So I'll just chalk this up to another bad experience and call it quits at this location cuz I'm not quitting my sweetfire and teriyaki chicken for no one! 😁

I'm really disappointed. I ordered a family party tray the day before my event, paid for it. Pick up time 5:30pm as agreed. I arrived at 5:30pm to pick it up, but they completely forgot my order. The manager blamed the manager the night before for not telling them about the order. No accountability, I thought. Anyway, they did my order quick. I hope the foods are cooked well. Manager said sorry, that was it. The apology felt forced. I had to rush, and I was late for my event. I'm really not happy with what happened. They better improve their communication. Too bad it's the closest Panda Express to my house, and the manager when I ordered the family tray was nice. When I opened the food, the Beijing Beef was only half full, and mostly onions!!! What a disappointment.
