If I could give a one star I would. I order pizza from this location via there website to be delivered to my house. The pizza tracker was sitting on prep for an hour! When I called there location they told me their delivery driver left at 9:30pm. They failed to contact me and report my food wasn’t being delivered. I had to call them!!! On top of that they didn’t even start making it until I called. The final straw for me was that when I traveled to the store to get my food in person. They had the door locked and was preparing to close but the store sign says they don’t close until 12 it was 11pm at the time. The employees were rude and unwilling to refund me for my order. I will never order from this store again and neither should anyone else. Just horrible!

Worst pizza delivery experience ever. It has now been 2 1/2 HOURS since my order was placed! Tracker said it came out of the oven over an hour ago. I call to check on the status and after sitting on hold forever, no one picks up the phone. Then a recording says no one is available to answer my call and the phone hangs up on me. This happened twice. I want a refund. I don’t want the old, cold pizza now. I don’t want a free pizza in exchange for the inconvenience. I just want my money back and to never bother with this place ever again. Steer clear of this place folks. 😡

Absolutely worse service ever. We understood that it's a Saturday night and delivery would take a long time. Delivery took over an hour and the driver did not have our food. He knocked on the door and stated he had to go back, food must have been left there. We appreciate him knocking... problem is the person who answered the phone when we called back to complain after not getting our food for an hour and half. The person who answered the phone basically said there's nothing we can do, we won't credit your account and can't confirm when your delivery will be back. Basically, I can't help you.... Business owners need to understand we have choices and due to the rudeness and inflexibility of the person who answered the phone, we'll never choose Dominos again.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. This Dominoes is terrible. I ordered two medium pizzas at 12:00 PM. They are just now arriving after a mix-up at 1:26 PM, so now I have to eat cold pizza after paying a $5 delivery fee and tipping. I think one of the scariest parts about this delivery was the food that belonged to someone else, the driver is still going to deliver. I would NOT want food that someone else opened to be given to me. That is unacceptable! How do I know my food wasn’t opened and given back? This is why restaurants have quality seals; I would recommend this. The other issue was the tracker. I looked in the system, and it still says my pizza is being checked for quality. This is the SAME issue another reviewer had a month ago. I wish I had checked the reviews FIRST. I should be compensated for the poor service, but I doubt that will happen. So, I will not order from this location anymore. Although the owner did not yell at me, my souse told me the driver claimed he called which is not true. Go to another Domino’s or pizza place.

Why does mine charge $4 for delivery? And for really crappy pizza and service. I want my money back but the manager won’t hear of it!
