DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Since I’m disabled veteran, I DEPEND on grocery delivery. So, ordered Albertson’s groceries delivered for June 27th. (Obviously, online shopping deals were sought & selected.) Day of delivery, groceries ordered were NOT the groceries delivered! 1. Ordered BREAD (for sandwiches) at $4.59. RECEIVED: Pepperidge Farms Cinnamon Raison Bread at $5.29 PROBLEM: NO COMPARISON!!!! 2. Ordered 38oz of COFFEE at $14.49. RECEIVED: 4 containers of Coffee equaling 22oz, at $14.98. PROBLEM: SHORTED 16oz and AT A HIGHER PRICE!!! 3. Ordered 2 packs of 4 cans (or 8 cans) of ROCKSTAR at $4.99 per pack or $9.98. RECEIVED: A ‘prepacked’ set of 8 cans ROCKSTAR at $19.92. PROBLEM: Ordered the ‘deal’; picker selected a higher priced product!!!! 4. Ordered 2 thick cut PORK CHOPS at $7.49. RECEIVED: 3 THIN-CUT pork chops at $7.68. PROBLEM: THAT’S NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!!!!! ****************************************************** I was willing to accept a REFUND of $30.46. BUT …Albertson’s ONLY refunded $5.29 = for the Pepperidge Farm Raison Bread (???!!!!) WHAT??? Are you flippin’ kidding me??????????!! THIS is how Albertson’s treats customers …and disabled veterans???????!!! Albertson’s ‘picker’ can select ANY BLASTED THING THEY WANT and the customer HAS to pay for it???? WHAT gives Albertson’s and their pickers the right to decide what the customer wants????? Here’s a tip: ALBERTSON’S DOES NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Albertson’s IS NOT honest, trustworthy, reputable OR reliable!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly all of my interactions with this store, (which has been at least every two weeks over the last 3 years) honesty now like once a week has been nothing but absolute professional, always a beautiful and clean store!! There is always some sort of sale happening as well earning points for everything you purchase. I highly recommend this grocery store to anyone looking for great product & excellent customer service with every interaction I've ever had ! Definitely 5+ 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for all you're needs!! The service is the best you'll find.

This store is clean, staff mostly are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Got to give props to the pharmacy as they have been amazing with the facilitation of our animal medications. Four stars because the store could really use a facelift though to make shopping more appealing. Lights being dim in a grocery store not necessarily a good thing.
