It was very just "okay." The best part about this place was our pleasant server; although, the hostess could use a visit from the happy fairy. The food was okay, not great at all. They didn't even melt the cheese on my cheeseburger. The chicken thighs were tiny and the grilled chicken sandwich was very sad. Fries were good and side salad is bottomless, I guess if you're a huge fan of iceberg lettuce, then that's a plus. I would give 2 and a half stars over all.

Took our youth group girls here for a dinner out event over spring break. We called ahead since we had a party of 10-12 coming and wanted to give them notice. Even though they couldn't formally take a reservation, they made not of my call and had a table for us relatively quickly (20-30 min). We ordered burgers, fries, kids' meals, drinks, and dessert. All was delicious and arrived to our table quickly! What sold me however, was our waitress, Kelsey and her team. We had nearly a dozen 6th graders, most of whom had never ordered or paid for a meal on their own before and she was nothing short of incredible. She was so patient with their questions, and even went out of her way to walk one of our girls through the gluten-free menu to accommodate the girl's food allergies. She checked on us often and split the check accurately between all 12 of us before patiently processing their bills all paid with cash. It was obvious that she eased the nerves these girls had and made them comfortable and confident in the ordering process. She was a real blessing.

My wife and I frequent this American chain restaurant to satiate our desire for steak fries and sandwich fare. As a chain restaurant, they excel in providing an incomparably efficient system to provide your meal quickly, once ordered. A primary server takes your order electronically, a second server provides the food promptly shortly. Additional refills of beverages and fries are also handled promptly. The atmosphere is chaotic as is the norm for restaurants catering to young families. At peak times a long wait should be expected. They do, however, get the patrons in quickly. The food selection is similar to Applebees or Chili’s but the service is much better.

Our family loves Red Robin the kids always get Mac and cheese with oranges. I like the whiskey river burger and they have amazing onion rings. The service is great.
