Went in and got a o2 sensor and exhaust for my truck and John W. Was one the coolest interactions I’ve had with autozone employees. He needs to be promoted. He was super chill with me and super cooperative

They don't have the selection like before the new manager took over there seems to be also a lack of knowledge with employees

John was very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure that I got the right parts the first time. Thank you I will always be an autozone customer because of his excellent service

A friend told me AutoZone has a code reader that customers can use to find out what the "Requires Maintenance" light means on your car. I went in and asked, and found out they indeed let you use them, free of charge. It was quick and easy, and I was out of there with the needed part in less than 15 minutes. Thanks!

Questions & Answers

Do they sell hoses for your car

They sell almost every kind of hoses or belts you would need for almost every vehicle manufactured, that's what a parts store is for lol ☺ And they should be able to use their computers to look up and if needed, order from their warehouses, any kind of part you might need by what kind of car, truck, SUV or hell, I think even RV, semi truck, some tractors and even motorcycles! Also, AutoZone isn't the only discount parts store around, there's also O'Reilly, Advanced Auto Parts and some others I can't remember now... ALSO NOW, there's the internet parts stores like (believe it or not) Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, Rock Auto and again there's some others out there I can't think of right now lol... Hope my info helps you out with your questions, and remember, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" LMAO! 😄😵😤💩
