I went through the drive-through tonight Safford AZ I don't know the menu very well I ordered a curly fry for my eight year old daughter the young man threw the speaker said what size I said medium then silence so i asked do you have medium? With an attitude said yes. I ordered a classic Arby's roast beef sandwich two chocolate milkshakes and a curly fry. I got some melted cheese sandwich 2 curly fries and two milkshakes Didn't realize it till I got home As he's snarling at me the whole time because I had to ask for another sauce. Anyhow tried to call to speak to the manager who stated her name was Tasha instead of making it right turned it around on me I said I was going to call corp. She said she would call them on me. Completly Unprofessional and I will never go there again and all of this was in front of my daughter. Waste of money and time.

I've been to this location a few times since moving to Safford and have been underwhelmed every time. Today I spent $70 on roast beef sandwiches for them to have dry buns and meat. The roast beef seemed to be the day-old, dried out leftover bits of roast beef (yes, they were little bits of meat cobbled together to make a sandwich, not the slices that I'm used to). That's unacceptable for a $4.59 sandwich that's supposed to be Arby's main attraction. I shouldn't have to choke it down and I won't again. I would eat elsewhere, unfortunately.

Being that I'm not THAT strict of a carnivore, I'm probably not the best person to write this review but, write one I will so... here goes - I CAN speak to the cleanliness of this particular locale and it was both welcome & appreciated in this day & age. The manager corrected her workers sternly yet professionally and, as for the fare... it was fair. Fair fare! How do you like that!? That goes for both the boneless chicken wings and cookies I'd ordered. I did, however, ring the bell they have in hopes of boosting employee's morale.

I was on my lunch hour. I was hot, tired, and didn't feel like eating anything really heavy. I ordered an orange cream shake, sat down in the very clean, relaxing lobby. When I got the shake, it looked just like the picture advertisement on the window. It was delicious, cold, refreshing......exactly what I needed. A+ customer service as well!!

They require a mask to enter unless medically unable to wear one and they have shielding up at cashier posts to protect both employees and visitors
