The staff makes the difference at this location! They accommodated an early check-in when I really needed it. They were accommodating for myself and my dog. That wins big in my book! Thanks to Leonard at the front desk, Angel in maintenance and the wonderful housekeeping staff! Really appreciate the extra care!

Friendly service. Clean looking rooms. Also liked idea had double room possibilities. (Double door in wall). Also got partial refund for late arrival due to unforseen delay. However was not made aware some rooms did not come with refrigerators or microwaves. I brought my own food. Never encountered a US hotel without these basics. Also had to request AC room...but was not able to heat at night.

Staff ,and maintenance are always attentive, and courteous. The grounds and rooms are always clean.. me and my wife have stayed here over 30 times and never had a bad stay.
