Delicious as usual… I ordered half fries rice, other half Lo mein. Honey walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken… everything was perfect. They forgot my chicken teriyaki but I went black.. they fixed my order immediately without hesitation. I truly appreciate that. I went home a happy camper. The fresh juice were delicious… my hubby and I had the Peach and watermelon

On Tuesday I went to panda for lunch and when I got home long story short the food was not fresh. I called the supervisor Alyssa said she will replace my order. Cool. On Thursday I went there to get my replacement (today) and the orange chicken was raw. I called and Alyssa assured me that would provide me with another replacement. At this point I’ll need a refund this is getting ridiculous. Signed im upset with getting my time wasted.

The 2nd worse experience ever at a Panda Express, the other was the last time at this location about 3 years ago. Pic is of my 3rd lrg entree of brocc. & beef, sweet fire chicken was 60% small pieces of just breading & chow mein noodles soaked in oil along with approx half an onion....to include the onion skin that's normally removed. SKIP THIS LOCATION, YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T......ABSOLUTELY ZERO QUALITY CONTROL NOR CONSISTENCY!!!!

The service is never good no matter what time of day. Time and time again they let me down. I waited an hour for them to make a kids meal after they brought me and another customer the wrong order. On top of that the tried to re-serve the food to another customer after they brought it out to my car, I opened it and another employee looked through it. It would be nice to get good service consistently but mistakes do happen. The problem is when they make a mistake they don't apologize or even try to correct it the RIGHT way.
