The workers have an attitude problem towards races other than white. One worker threw their hands in the air and began to talk badly about me to another coworker. This happend becuase today I canceled my bank account with North Coast Credit Union. Workers unprofessional, Apathetic, and slow at doing there job. I am unhappy about the service they provide towards the custmers.

Since the merger they just dont care about customers. You cannot call a branch directly. Hold times are extreme at call center. I have been a member since 1971 but i am about done.

There should be at 1 800 number you can call it should be on a sticker attached to the card. If it is not there you can call local members service number
