I’m giving this place 1 star because the customer service was wonky. It seemed like the employees were unhappy. It showed on their faces that they were annoyed. It was busy so I understand, but you can’t show that you’re buckled under pressure. Once you break, it represents your work. My daughters hair was cut, and it came out so uneven. The person that cut her hair I won’t name, but their station was messy, and not properly cleaned in between clients. Hair was swept, and then a blow dryer to blow away excess hair, but other people’s hair was still on the combs and scissors. I won’t be going back there again, you’re better off paying a higher price at an actual salon. At least you get the results you want paying the extra money. This was not the Anthem location great clips, it was the Dove Valley location that we went to.

I'm a big fan of Great Clips. I really like their mobile app which let's me see wait times at all their local branches and then check in on the app when I'm ready. Then I know about when to arrive :) I'm also a fan of their ability to maintain notes in the system on my hair cut preferences that I learn along the way. The ladies that have cut my hair have been pleasant to talk to and have done a good job. They have even been accommodating when I bring one or more of my children who want to be near me during my haircut.
