They have a big sign in the window saying new SILK Almond milk ice cream but when you walk in they tell you “sorry the caterer didn’t bring it so we only have dairy milk” not to complain but maybe take the sign down? Just a simple thought!

Horrible service. tremendous wait time. Only one person serving. They do not even had the flavors i was asking. They did not have any cones or bowls. Is sad to see the cold stone is the same. It was the best Ice-Cream ever and now is the worst ever honestly.

For the sole purpose of commenting, a 1-star was given. In over a month we have gone to this location SEVERAL times and walked out empty handed. Doesn’t matter what we wanted (nuts, toppings, ice cream flavor, shake) … they didn’t have it. Ice cream is a guilty pleasure that should make you smile, not leave you disappointed or frustrated! We ended up going to Dairy Queen as they are more reliable, not what we wanted though. Truly disappointed with the lack of options especially when you spend 30 minutes in line to purchase your product.

Sad to say cold stone is not what it used to once be. Atleast at this location. We ordered two ice creams with a cone as a large. One was done with a good amount of ice cream but did not have the sauce that went with it and notified us at the end. The other one was also large but had significant less amount of ice cream than the first one. They made an attempt to fix it and add more but the whole ice cream was sloppy. I hadn’t even walked out yet and they were both already melting a lot. I had to clean it before I left because it was spilling everywhere. It didn’t help that their AC was out which is why we choose to take it home. There was a total of 3 employees. 2 of the 3 were both wearing gloves to prepare the ice cream when one did not. Lacked consistency in their procedures and cleanliness. Also the cookie in one of them tasted like it went bad along time ago. Wouldn’t come here again.
