The service was okay, i got to the window and nobody greeted me. There was a kid standing there and about a minute went by before he said my total. The lady that gave me my food was better. I got some stale jalapeño bites and one hard mozzarella stick in the mix. The ranch looked different like if they found a box in the back of storage from 10 yrs ago and pulled it out. I paid 1.09 just for the 4 ranch and it tasted so bad😑 the burgers, drinks and fries were pretty good

I don’t understand how this BK is still open? I’ve been there maybe 5 times in the past year and only once have I had an OK experience not a good one. Service is always under par to begin with. Ice cream machine always down, fryer oil constantly dirty I can tell by the way I have received dark fried items in a nutshell this BK is a mess! The Mendota BK is a lot better to be honest.

I asked for extra pickles and they didn’t even put one not to mention I ordered chicken fries and they were old and stale my bun was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it . They guy at the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional I think the manager should really think about getting a whole new crew
